Privlieged: All About What Lies Beneath

The water ballet
Oh my god. Did we really make through one entire episode of Privileged without a major hump in Will and Megan’s relationship?

But it wouldn’t be Privileged if we didn’t squeeze in some type of Smith family drama. Up this week, a heavy dose of mama-drama. That’s right, Shelby’s still sticking around, and while she may think things are all peachy-keen, Megan is torn apart by her mother’s presence.

She’s so upset by her mother, she finally gets the nerve to express her feelings and totally lashes out. We’re not surprised though. Who does Shelby think she is, anyway? She shows up after years of no contact with her children, and she thinks what? Megan will forgive her and she could be the mother she never was? Please. That woman’s got nerve.

But alas, Megan being, well, Megan, freaks out about feeling guilty and gives into her emotions. She calls her mom and tries to reconnect. But that family therapy session will have to wait for another episode.

Another women with nerve – Mandy, who somehow develops a jealous streak and practically forbids Charlie to hang out with Megan. All this despite the fact that Megan is supposed to be helping him apply to a bunch of colleges. Yep, you heard right -- Charlie might be heading back to the classroom. In fact, one of the most mentioned schools in all their conversions was San Diego. Can we say ‘opposite sides of the nation?’

Meantime, Sage and Rose scare up a plan (go figure) to help Sage spend more time with Luis. So began the chaos. Neighboring millionaires apparently have charity “territories” and Rose and the cranky-neighbor lady have a battle of wits over the right to Cuba.

But all is well that ends well and this time the girls’ plan actually works! Rose makes it through the evening with flying colors and Sage and Luis end the night with a quick make-out session. We wonder how they will maintain their relationship though, especially because it seems the only time they get all hot and heavy for each other is when they’re fighting.

But even cuter than the kissing was the fact the girls go through all this charity event drama for a Cuban cause, which they choose because they think Luis is Cuban -- which was so not true. Oh girls, will you ever learn?

Not only do we get to see the girls' plan succeed, we also finally get to meet Marco’s boyfriend. But the couple is done before we really even get know them, which actually is both bad and good.

It was good because we finally get a chance to see Marco in a relationship, which takes his character beyond the kitchen – something we’ve been waiting on since day one. It’s bad because it was, well, just plain bad. Allan Louis (Marco) and David Monahan, who played Marco’s boyfriend, just didn’t seem to fit The scenes where they have to interact as a couple were uncomfortably off, which is odd for one of our favorite Limoges staffers.

Speaking of relationships, Megan shows Will her freaky side and tries to entice him on her very nice, but slippery, satin sheets. Think slip-and-slide without the water and add a bed. A trip to the hospital ensues and one stitch later Megan’s back on her feet. But that was kind of funny, and oddly cute in a way only Joanna Garcia could play. Plus, it led her and Will to… um… bring their relationship to the “next level.” In the supply closet! At the hospital! Eww!!

But the night’s biggest surprise comes from the other Smith sister – Lily. Just when you thought this girl couldn’t get into anymore trouble, Megan gets a call from an unknown number and is told that Mrs. Trouble-maker Lily is in jail. Too bad the night ends there because we are wondering just what happened. If we recall, she was supposed to be honeymooning, not moonlighting. We wonder how much trouble she’s in? Heck, we even wonder if she’s even in a U.S. prison? What do you think?

What's up with the wierd Marco and boyfriend scenes. I love Marco, please don't make him corny.
SO excited about that kiss between Sage and Luis...it's cute to see Sage vulnerable. Megan and Will are adorable. Especially when he tells her thing like "this ist e first timeI've felt this way about someone" Perfect

Doing it in the hospital is WRONG! hahaha! Thank goodness they fixed it in the end. WHat the hell was MEgan thinking! But yay to her all the same, getting some from Will...woohoo!

So the thought of Lily makes me cringe. I can't stand Lily. I wonder what she'll do this time to upset everyone.
