Exclusive! Supernatural's Misha Collins on Being a Bad-Ass Angel
Supernatural fans got the surprise of their lives when the season premiere revealed that an angel had pulled Dean out of Hell. Our own Jason C. got an exclusive sit-down with the man behind the wings, Misha Collins, and asked him about Kripke's stealthy ways, the difference between angels and demons in the Supernatural world, and what sort of background reading he did to prepare for the part. Plus, find out why Misha says he's "not a sweet little cherub"!

Awesome interview! I'm so glad that we got Castiel on board now! Great addition to the show, and not just because he's yet another handsome piece of meat suit, but because he's wise and even though he doesn't admit it, he is perching on Dean's shoulder and will guide the older Winchester throughout the season!! :)

So far Misha Collins has been doing a great job as Castiel. He definitely seems well-cast and that in RL he's a pretty nice guy. (and I mean 'nice' in the best possible way) I can't wait to see how the rest of the storyline/season all plays out. Last night's episode WAS great (although I did miss me some Sammy). And this was another great interview, btw.

The more I see of Misha Collins, the more I like him! I thought Castiel was an awesome character when he was first introduced, but these interviews have made me really warm up to the actor as well. He's a great addition to the Supernatural cast.
Thanks so much for always bringing us these little tidbits and doing as much for all the CW shows as you guys do on the website - it's fantastic.
